NEW PRISON CAMP.
ON WAIMARINO PLAINS,
BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. TALHAPE, March 5. In connection with the rumor that the Government was establishing a prison camp in Waimarino, it is now definitely announced that the camp will be_ situated four miles from Waimarino railway station. The gang will be first employed in making the road from Waimarino_ to Tokaanu, reducing the distance over the1 present Waiouru route by overVl4 miles.
