CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 23. ; Enrolment forms for joining the Arbitration Union were distributed in the strikers' camp today. Some are being filled but the men are not accepting the conditions readily, and feel that under, the system of supervision and ballot in connection with enrolment victimisation will occurV ;•:• '.':']/'
The port, is busy to-day; the^ workers including a number of ex-«trikers. Many members of the Arbitration Union do not intend to remain over the New Year.
