WEST COAST MINERS.
WESTPORT, Dec. 23. A conference of mining delegates sat at Westport to consider the strike so far as the miners are concerned, but it is understood that no decision has been arrived at and that the conference will resume to-day. ' J In the meantime, it is reported that' there is ;'a movement on foot in the mines with, a view to an early resumption of work.
