A CONDEMNED FILM.
(Received Dec. 23, 9.20 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 22. The Home Office has banned a film showing a, convict escaping from Portland prison. Dorset, the "deputy censor, warned the promoters that unless considerable portions which had "been produced at great expense were cut out of the centre of the film it would be confiscated.
