LONDON, Dec. 20. The Admiralty has. published a record of H.M.S. New Zealand' 6 world's cruise. Their lordships recognise the high opinion that the officers and men earned at every port arid the exemplary voonilucfc of -the ' crew.;'- ■' • They congratulated ~ Captain Halsey on the result.
