LONDON, Dec. 20. The Admiralty has. published a record of H.M.S. New Zealand' 6 world's cruise. Their lordships recognise the high opinion that the officers and men earned at every port arid the exemplary voonilucfc of -the ' crew.;'- ■' • They congratulated ~ Captain Halsey on the result. Mr L. V. Harcourt,, Colonial Secretary, t>aid a tribute to the services that Captain Halsey rendered to the Colonial Office. ' *'-
Captain Halseyj in a desnatch to the Admiralty, suggests Vfchat if an Im-perial-squadron could -TJeriodically visit the Dominions, an immense amount of good would accrue to;the Empire.
