, (Received Nov. 15, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 14. Lord. Loreburn, presiding at • the Railway Commission, said it was not intended, to adjudicate on disputes between companies and their customers. Mr Marwood, representing the Board of Trade, gave evidence, that traders' main complaint concerned inequalities id rates dve1 to competition, and a common grievance was the preference given to foreign importers. The Board of Trade desired -to ascertain whether State control could be developed or something more drastic.
