AGGRESSIVE STRIKERS
NEW YORK, Oct. 8. When the superintendent of the mine Tit Ludlow, Colorado, where the strike is in progress, was leaving the premises the strikers fusiladed his automobile. tThe superintendent returned arid secured an armed escort. The miners fired, and a battle followed. One miner was killed -and several injured. The State Militia suppressed the disorders.
