(Received Sept. 8, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 7. , Advices from Chon, in Persia, state that the Russian detachment sent to Tergever, owing to collisions between Kurds and Christians, was attacked by Turkish troops invading Persia. The Turks were routed, losing eight killed and twelve severely wounded. Their commander then promised that all would evacuate Persian territory.
