LONDON, Sept. 5. Reuters Constantinople correspondent states that with regard to the new frontiers, it has been virtually agreed to give Turkey sufficient ground to defend Adrianople. There is no restriction of the right to fortify the frontier of Adrianople. Turkey has agreed to an important ratification of the frontier between north of Adrianople and the Black Sea.
