(Received April 24, 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April 24. The action of J. Roberts versus G. Gray, in which John Roberts is claiming £2307 damages from George Gray, the billiardist, in connection with the successful suit in which Roberts gained judgment against Gray in England for breach of agreement, judgment was for plaintiff. Leave to .tippeal was granted.
