FRUIT-GROWERS' CONFERENCE
The Fruit-Growers' Conference passed a resolution in favor of reciprocity with Canada, similar to that between New Zealand and Canada, and appointed a deputation, including New Zealand representatives, to ask the Steamship Owners' Association for better provision for the carriage of fruit with special fruit chambers.
