3Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. * LONDON, Oct. 20. Twelve hundred boys of the Naval Brigade paraded in Trafalgar Square. The Nelson column was elaborately decorated. The Wellington branch of the Navy College sent a wreath, which was brought over in a block of ice. It attracted much attention.
