WELLINGTON, June 26. Young Ching, a Chinese passenger by the Warrimoo from Sydney, was fined £100, to be reduced to "£25, for a *-breach of -tbe~ "Customs Act by beingl breach of th© Customs Act by being in possession of ten pieces of silks, valued • at £10, and a gramophone and records, valued at £30.
