A Coroner's enquiry !was held at Wellington to-day int othe death of James Johnstone, a prisoner who died while being removed from the gaol to the hospital. The medical evidence was to the effect that deceased suffered from kidney disease, for which he had been treated in gaol. 9 A verdict was returned accordingly.
