HASTINGS, June 21. Beautiful weather favored the second day of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's winter meeting. There was a good attendance . The going was a trifle heavy as a result of the recent rain. Tho totahsator investments amounted to £9v15 against £11,810 on the second day oi the last winter meeting. The total for the two days was £21 012 against £20,938 at the last winter meeting.
