SHIPYARD WORKERS DEMANDS
NATIONAL STOPPAGE PROBABLE
LONDON, June 21. The Federated Employers refused the -•demand of the shipyard workers for an -■right-hours' day and increased wages for piece-workers. A ballot will be 'taken, and it is feared that a national stoppage of half a million men is inevitable soon, involving a further halftroiilKon.
