On Saturday next, Gillies and Nalder v ill submit, on behalf of Mr W. Duirs, Y rhakamara, his well-known property of 576 acres, sub-divided into suitablesized farms. On five of these sections houses and farm buildings are erected. A site has been reserved for a factory and capital will be advanced to build, if necessary. Terms are very easy. The auctioneers confidently recommend the land to the attention of farmers. On the - same day 'they will submit 3lfr acres on the Ingahape Road, on behalf of Captain Mac Mb.
