ELTHAM CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY.

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Eltham Co-operative Dairy Company was held on Saturday afternoon for the purpose of confirming, or otherwise, the special resolutions passed at ■an extraordinary general meeting on April 20 last. There was •a moderate attendance, and Mr H. D. Forsyth, chairman of directors, occupied the chair. On the motion of the chairman, seconded by Mr W. Pennington, the resolutions were confirmed, nem. con. ~

The first resolution reads: That the existing Articles of Association of the company be altered by cancelling and -striking^ out of the amended articles the clauses numbered respectively 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the special resolution, adding to and amending the said articles passed and confirmed at the meetings' of shareholders of the company held on August 18, 1910, and September 10, 1910, respectively, and of substituting therefor the folloAA'itig clauses:— (1) That Article 8a of the company's articles of association be amended by «triking out the words "300 gallons of milk or 1081b. of butter-fat supplied by lum during the year," and substituting "therefor the following words: "150 gallons of milk or 561b of butter-fat supplied by him during the previous financialyear of the company ending June o(3.
