8Y CABiE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPTBJGBT. LONDON, May 10. Mr Winston Churchill and Prince Albert accompanied the King on his submarine tour. It'is understood that the King desires to accompany Commander 'Samson in the hydroplane. He argued that it was permissible for him to address the soldiers in their capacity as citizens.
