. AUCKLAND, Nov. 17. A decree nisi was granted in the di"vcree case of William Hay and Emily -Hay, John Wolf being named as correspondent. Respondent left her husband and her children, and in a letter said she loved Jack with all her heart, and did not tliink it right to live with her husband 'and think of the other man. She begged her husband to be good and kind to the children.
