The fortnightly dance in connection with the local Anglican Church was held in the Parish Hall on Thursday evening, six sets being present. The new piano which has arrived from the Dresden Co. for a two' months' trial was in use for the first time. Mrs Dcs Forges (piano) and Mr F. E. Woods (cornet) supplied the music. Mrs Bagent, Misses Putt and Robinson played extras. During the evening Miss I. Robinson and Mr Rushton gave an exhibition of the Vaetta waltz.
