WAREHOUSE THEFTS.

WELLINGTON, July 31. Chas. Searle, a young man, gave himself up to the police on Saturday, admitting being concerned in the warehouse thefts for • which several men were sentenced on Saturday morning. Searle was charged to-daay with receiving a case of cocoa and a caddie of tobacco, of a total value of £13, knowing them to have been stolen. He was remanded for sentence on Wednesday, bail being allowed.
