MASTERTON, April 8. The case in which John Conder was charged with having given an order for liquor to be brought into the nolicense area of Masterton without stating the proper address^ and with having delivered liquor into a no-license area when he had reasonable grounds to suspect that it was to be kept for sale, was heard at the Magistrate's Court. The first charge was dismissed, but oh the second accused was fined £10 and costs 10s.
