LITTLE ATTENTION IN CANADA.
LONDON, Jan. 25. The Daily MaiPs -Qifctawa correspondent reports that, owing to meagre despatches, the Declaration of London attracted little attention. The general .opinion is that the dominions should not be overlooked in a matter of this ikiad.
Sir Wilfrid Laurier, t3ae Premier, says he has not studied the matter, and before he comes to a definite decision the Government experts will analyse the Declaration.
The South Australian Ageaat-Oeneral, interviewed, said the Declaration ought not to be ratified without due discussion.
