Nuttall suggested that the Management Committee be empowered to make investigation regarding the question of insuring all playing members against accident whilst playing in club matches. Mr H. Ford said that he believed that Mr A. L. Humphries intended bringing forward a scheme before the meeting of delegates to the Union at Stratford next Thursday. He considered that the proper course to follow would be to instruct the delegates to the Union to support Mr Humphreys' scheme. Mr W. Perrett thought that the delegates could not be asked to support Mr Humphreys' scheme until they , knew full details of the scheme. Mr Perrett then moved: "That the Management Committee consider the question, and place the results of their in- j vestigations before a special .meeting of members." A vote of thanks to the chair concluded the meeting.
