FIRE RAISING IN WANGANUI.

WANGANUI, October 24.

At three o'clock this morning an outbreak of fire occurred in an unoccupied old six-roomed house. The fire was extinguished quickly, and the damage was confined to one room. The circumstances are suspicious, and coupled with other recent outbreaks of a similar kind, tend to confirm the suspicions that an incendiary is at work.
