AUCKLAND, July 13. The steamer Rothesay has arrived at Kawhia after a trying time. The crank shaft broke when the vessel was eight miles from port. Captain Ross shifted the cargo and got a sa il outrigged and sailed to the lee of Albatross Point, where rockets were fired and the steamer anchored.
