ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
The President (Mr Davidson), prior to the election of officers for the ensuing year, stated he had no intention of seeking re-election for the position of President. He had had four or five years' experience in that capacity, and considered the time had arrived when some other members should be appointed to that office. The election resulted as follows: — President, Mr J. R. Corrigan; Vice-P,resident, Mr J. Livingston; committee, Messrs C. Wills, Winks, W. Robertson, J. Davidson, Greaves, Taylor, J. Hicks, Powdrell, J. Grant, O. Hawken, A. Hunter, W. Baker, B. Lysaght ; auditor, Mr J. A. Turton.
