MELBOURNE, April 10. The political situation is causing much speculation. Ministers held a consultation, and a Labor caucus discussed the situation to-day. Mr Deakin, ?nd Sir William f Lyne also bohftjrred with "Mr Fisher 'and Mr Watson. Many ruin ors are current.
