Same v. R. Farquhar (two charges). — Convicted' and ordered to pay costs. Same v. J. Fowler. — Dismissed. Same v. G. Totter. — Convicted and to pay costs. Same v. R. McNeill (Mr McDavitt).— Convicted and fined 2s 6d and casts. Same v. T. Chapman.— Convicted and to pay costs. Same v. J. R. Fowler.— Convicted and fined Is and costs. Same v. G. Bbsson.— Convicted and to pay costs. J. Jacqdsh c. A. and L. Jacquish —Assault. Dismissed with a lecture of advice from tho Bench. Advances to Settlers' Office v. J. Jacqnish. cfeim £5 Bs.
