LUNACY COMMISSION SUGGESTED.
[PBBSS ASSOCIATTON.] NEW YORK, March 21. There was a dramatic development in the Thaw case to-day. Mr Jerome suggested a commission in lunacy, and/ Mr Justice Fitzgerald is sitting without a jury to consider the application to-day.
LONDON, Match 21. The Times' New York correspondent reporte that prominent physicians declare that Thaw is Buffering' from ill-health. It has bean stated, but not in evidence, that he cannot live 18 monfahs.
