FRISCO STEAMERS AND HARBOR DUES.
AUCKLAND, March 19.
The 'Frisco, mail steamers, have up t» the present been free of harbor dues, the veroels rasing the port of Auckland being exempted as carriers of mails. Now thafc the Government- declines to recognise the ■siervioe as a maal route tt> England, the Harbor Board has decided that exemption shall no longer apply, and steamers will in futune pay the due charged other v«sseils.
