Mr W. Harvey's motion condemning the excessive hours worked by railway servants was agreed to.

The Hon. Mr Lloyd George warned the radlway companies that if ihey wished to avoid drastic legislation tihey must within the year themselves find a remedy regarding railway charges and facilities, besides hours of labor.
