Tho Czar thanked the troops in fulsome terms for their splendid and tireless devotion at Bielostok.
General Trepoff's suggestion for th© formation of a Constitutional Democratic Cabinet is believed to have emanated from higher circles than himself, and has aroused intense interest. Milaikoff, Heyden and other leaders of the Duma consider the idea opportune.
Twenty armed men expelled the picket guarding a railway bridge over the Vistula near Cukowne, and tried to dynamite the structure. Reinforcements arrived and drove th© miscreants off before th<* dynamite exploded.
