Pratt and Co. v. F. A. Warner, claim £2 15s 6d.

Hallcnstein Bros. v. F. A. Warner and Slai-garct Warner, claim 12s 6d.

William Doherty was charged under the Destitute Persons Act with failing to contribute to the support of his parents. Mr Parrington prosecuted on behalf of the Charitable Aid Board, and gave evidence that the son was in employment and earned 9? a day. The Charitable Aid Board had been paying the parents 10s a week.
