NEW PLYMOUTH, April 12. A house was destroyed by fire at Fitzroy last night. It belonged to Mr E. Nop&, Inglewood, and was insured for £500 in the jji%eth British. The ocupiens (Hansen.) had * small policy on the furniture. TREASURE-SEEKERS UNSUCCESSFUL. AUCKLAND," April- 12. The Pelican has returned from another ■unsuccessful search for the gold lost in the Elingamite.
