INTEREST ON BANK DEPOSITS REDUCED.
SYDNEY, April 11.
The majority of the banks have reduced the interest on 24 months deposits from 3£ to 3 per cent, THE SYDNEY SHOW. SYDNEY, April 11. The excellence and variety of exhibits at the -show, especially of agricultural i produce, combined with the unusually large influx of country visitors, is convincing proof of the good season and the general improved condition of pastoral and agricultural interests.
