The Workmen's Socialist RevolutionnTy Societies at St. Petersburg have resolvtd to observe Anniversary Sunday^ ac one ot general mourning, and advise no aggressive movement at present.
Maxime Gorky denies that the revolutionary movement has been stamped out,and declares it is advancing towards decisive victory. Count de Witt&'e provocative and repressive measures have convinced the middle class proletariat that they are fighting for liberty.
