(Received March 18, 4.46 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, March 18. Peasant bands of 500 to 1000 each are travelling the Piotikow villages, inciting \he \aboreTß to join in an agitation to secure possession of the land. Fresh strikes have occurred at Warsaw and Lodzou. There are rumors of the mobilisation of the peasants in Southern Russia. They stole the Roumanian mail bag containing £41,000.

AN INFERNAL MACHINE STORE DISCOVERED.

(Received March 20, 8.25 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, March 19. At Moscow the secret police discovered a store of infernal machines, bombs, a quantity of explosives and weapons, and printing presses bejonging ( to an organisation which acts in conjunction with a revolutionary committee, whose hqadquarters are in London, and which was connected with the assasainatipn of the Grand Duke Sergius. Three hundred arrests have been made.
