| SPECIAL MEETING. A special meeting of the Hawera Cbamj ber of Commerce was held in the Council onamber on Fridayaf ternoon. . The President (Mr A. J. Whittaker) was in the ' chair, and Messrs Wrigley, Hardley, Bra nette, Bobbins, Dixon, Tait, Wilson, [ Bates, and Foy (secretary) were also present . ; MOUNT EGMONT RAILWAY. MOUNTAIN COACH SERVICE.
