SYDNEY, November 20« (Received November 30, 1.10 a.m,}^H A crisis occurred to-night over the kI tion of the Legislative Council in amend-^ ing the Stamp Duty Bill. The Government was irritated oyer the Council amending the Harbor Rates Bill last week, which was regarded as a money bill. The representative of the Government-in-Council secured an adjournment of the Stamp Bill for a week, to enable the Government to insider the situation. *.
