A COURT CASE.
DUNEDIN, January 5. Leo Blink and Charles Stanley, at the Police Court this morning, were chargo'l wjtli theft of two boxes of tobacco from the s.s. Invercargill, on which thsy were seamen. Blink pleaded guilty, and turnol King's evidence against Stanley. His testimony was unsupported, and met with a direct denial. Blink was given six months, and Stai ley was discharged
