His Worship said the fine was nominal, as he regarded the oase as a test one. Two ydung taen, for molesting a girl in the street, were fined £20 and JGIS each.
Auckland, August 18. In the Botorua forgery case sentence on Henry James Fox was four years. WbliUNgton, August 19. At the Supreme Court, William Edward Barrow was sentenced this morning to eighteen months' for false p.retenoes and, theft, and an additional «jx months for esoaplng from custody.
