ELTHAM.
(FROM OUR RESIDENT AGENT.)
The funeral of the late Mrs Revell took place- yesterday, and was largely attended, people being present from a'l parts of the district. There were in the procession about forty vehicles, and a large number of horsemen. The service at the grave was impressively conducted by the Rev. T. R. B. Woolloxall. The coffin was covered with handsome wreaths, testifying to the esteem in which the deceased lady was held.
The many friends of Mr C. Hodgson will be pleased to hear that he is speedily recovering from his recent serious illness, and will soon be about again. Mr C. Potts, too, is, lam glad to state, sufficiently recovered as to be able to take driving exercise. August 15.
