PRESENTATION TO A GENERAL'S MOTHER.
Received August 15, 9.10 a.m. London, August 14. Mr Seddon has presented General Baden-Powell's mother, at the General's request, with a magnificent solid gold salver, subscribed for by the public service of New Zealand, in recognition of the defence of Msfeking. Mrs and Miss Beddon were present. Mrs BadenPowell expressed her warmest thanks and admiration of the gift.
