Ottawa, August 14. Judge Caron, of Quebec, declined to make an order for the extradition of Gaynor and Green, two contractors accused «f defrauding the United States Government of nearly a million sterling . in oonneotion with harbour improvements at Savannah, and discharged them from custody.
