THE LIVERPOOL BANK FRAUDS.
Received February 24, 1.9 a.m. London, February 23. In the Liverpool Bank/cases Kelly, and Stiles were sentenced to two years, and Goudie and Berge to ten years. Justice Lingham, in sentencing the prisoners, said Berge had cheated and terrified Goudie, whom the robbery had benefitted little. Kelly had restored £17,000, Stiles £6574 and Berge £30.000, in addition to £46,000 lodged in Marks' and Manoe's banking accounts.
