PATEA WEST ROAD BOARD.

i • The Patea West Road Board met on Friday last. Messrs Johnson and Amon waited on tbe Board to ask that the timber for culverts be not removed from the Alton streets, and \ that labor for putting in the culverts, etc., i be provided by the Board. — Held over. • A ciroular was read re meeting to be held ' on the Ist March to consider the opinions 1 of the various Boards on the question of traffic bye-laws. Also ' that all the members of the Board be ! delegates to attend meeting on Ist March. !
