CABLE LAYING.
Received February 18, 9.3 a.m. London, February 17. The steamship Colonia bos been launched. She will carry three thousand miles of cable. When completed she layß the Vancouver-Fanning Island section of the Pacific Cable. LIVERPOOL BANK FRAUDS. Goudie pleaded guilty to the Bank of Liverpool frauds. He gives evidence at the trial of the others concerned.
