Wellington, February 17. The Agent-General's cablegram, dated London, 15th, states : No alteration in tbe mutton market Bince hist week. Average price to-day, Canterbury lamb, 5Jd. Market weak. Australian lamb in large supply. No alteration in beef. Stocks of T&em Zealand on hand licbt. Batter, Ills; market very firm. No alteration in cheese. Hemp firm. "Good, fair Wellington," L3B ; June-August shipments, L 35. Cocksfoot steady ; New Zealand, 171b standard, 40s per cwt.
